Murray Rodgers has been a local Creeker for nearly 30 years. A refugee from the senior levels of the corporate world, he spends much of his time these days creating music, studying and practicing yoga and meditation, and discovering ways to help others gain some measure of inner wisdom through creativity, movement and sound.
He has completed the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Program with Curran Watts and Lisa Whitford at Yoga Santosha in Calgary. Graduating at the bottom of the class, he has solidified his deep experiences with failure, imperfection and a generally inflexible view of the world. He has created a class for men for which the prerequisites are humour, kindness and openness to new ideas.
